If you want to cancel a private lesson or reschedule it, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case you cancel in less than 24 hours you will be charged for the lesson.

Basic condition to attend our lessons is to have a high speed internet connection. However, if the connection fails and the lesson cannot be implemented, we will schedule another day for the missed lesson. But, if the connection fails towards the end of the lesson, we will arrange to add the missed minutes on your next lesson.
